During your short layover in the Denver, I had the pleasure of having several sessions with you.

The most significant problem I had were with my aching knees going up and coming down stairs. At first, I felt nothing, but around the third day, I was sitting down and getting up + going up and down the stairs with more ease.

Wow Marnyka! Just so you know I feel great after that session on Wednesday. There were a few things but I'll tell you about my biggest issue; normally I'm thinking of my knee all day and night because it aches, but twice today I thought of my knee because it WASNT hurting!!
